Overviewโ€‹

We use Cloudflare for caching purposes, with the use of Cloudflare Workers. This alarm monitors the number of Worker Routes for global-worker-production and fires if it exceeds 800.

Stepsโ€‹

  1. Check Cloudwatch Alarm or Cloudflare Worker Routes to determine how many routes there are.
  2. Check with the team on what steps should be taken to remediate. Recommendation is to raise a ticket to request for an increase.

Remediationโ€‹

To raise a request for limit increase, go to Cloudflare Support and submit a request for a route limit increase.

  • Record the ticket number and inform our Account Manager (Vincent Le - vle@cloudflare.com) via email with the ticket number to expedite if necessary.
