Overviewโ
We use Cloudflare for caching purposes, with the use of Cloudflare Workers. This alarm monitors the number of Worker Routes for global-worker-production and fires if it exceeds 800.
Stepsโ
- Check Cloudwatch Alarm or Cloudflare Worker Routes to determine how many routes there are.
- Check with the team on what steps should be taken to remediate. Recommendation is to raise a ticket to request for an increase.
Remediationโ
To raise a request for limit increase, go to Cloudflare Support and submit a request for a route limit increase.
- Record the ticket number and inform our Account Manager (Vincent Le - vle@cloudflare.com) via email with the ticket number to expedite if necessary.
