Reconnect pixel ETL pipeline to an existing customer’s new index

The example is setting up an index for kogan. pls replace with appropriate values for your target customer.**

Note: This is only for a customer that already has an index set up with the ETL pipeline. The system_account_id and pixel_account_id must be exactly the same. We are only changing the index name. If you have a new customer who is not set up yet, follow the instructions in this runbook.

  1. Get escalator access to Prod Pixel Data Admin
  2. Navigate to the DynamoDB table marqo-analytics-data-table=prod
  3. Change the row for Kogan (pixel_account_id = daf3dd9e-0932-4b08-8d6e-17fe0a6f4fa3)
    1. Change index_name to kogan-prod-20251122
