Basically check logs in https://dash.cloudflare.com/96d9ae8ad2fe71a3c6ead54f3a775c05/workers/services/view/prod-ecom-api/production/observability/logs?workers-observability-view=invocations and fix the underlying error.

This is a sev 2.5 error that catch unusual spikes in 5XX errors. There should ideally be no 5XXs, but there will occasionally be one or two (e.g. some unexpected timeout). If there are more, this alarm will trigger to suggest looking into why.
