Basically check logs in https://dash.cloudflare.com/96d9ae8ad2fe71a3c6ead54f3a775c05/workers/services/view/prod-ecom-api/production/observability/logs?workers-observability-view=invocations and judge whether the errors are due to customer mistakes (e.g. missing API key, missing required fields, etc.) or server problems (e.g. bugs in API key or document body validation).

If it’s a customer issue and it’s persistent, have the customer account manager reach out to them to help correct the problem.
